Managing Pages
Add, organize, and manage the URLs you monitor.
Managing Pages
The Pages section is where you manage all the URLs BarGuard monitors for compliance.
Page table
Each monitored URL shows:
- URL and label — The page address and an optional friendly name
- Jurisdictions — Which state bar rules apply to this page
- Violations — Number of active violations detected
- Scan status — Whether a scan is currently running
- Last scanned — When the page was last checked
- Schedule — The scan schedule for this page's project (daily, weekly, or monthly)

Adding pages
There are three ways to add URLs to your watchlist:
Add URL — Add a single page with an optional label and jurisdiction selection. You can choose to scan immediately after adding.

Crawl Website — Enter your site's root URL and BarGuard will automatically discover pages by checking your sitemap and crawling links. You can then select which discovered pages to add.

Bulk Upload (paid plans) — Paste multiple URLs at once, one per line, and select which jurisdictions to apply.
Page detail
Click any URL to see its full detail page:
- Compliance score specific to this page
- Violation highlighter — View your live page with violations highlighted directly on the content, color-coded by severity
- Compliance trend — Score history over time
- Checks by jurisdiction — Violations grouped by jurisdiction
- Scan history — All past scans for this specific page

Batch actions
Select multiple pages to run batch scans or move them between projects.
Projects
Projects let you organize pages into logical groups. Each project can have its own scan schedule (daily, weekly with day picker, or monthly with date picker). Use the project selector to filter your page list.
